Users will visit your web creation with many different browsers. ASP has no biases since ASP code runs BEFORE the browser sees it.

Browser key issues:

1. Many browsers don't mean write once run everywhere. They mean "right once, test everywhere".
2. Netscape is very picky about perfect HTML. IE is not.
3. On the client browser JavaScript code is the safest bet (Microsoft's Jscript clone is quite close to Netscapes)
